Volunteer

Volunteers are essential at the library as they help with a variety of small but crucial tasks that keep the library running smoothly and efficiently.

The library has volunteering opportunities for everyone, regardless of experience level, age, or affiliation. We appreciate all volunteers equally!

Adults 18 and older are encouraged to apply for the Lawrenceburg Public Library District's Volunteer Program. For those under 18, the Youth Services Department has a separate volunteer program. Contact the Youth Services Manager for more information.

Ready to make a difference in your community? Contact Michelle Bunte at 812-537-2775 ext. 7-1135 or fill out our online form to learn more about our volunteer program. We'll schedule an interview to discuss your interests, availability, and the many ways you can contribute to the library.

To save time, you can fill out the application below and it will be sent directly to our volunteer coordinator. Take a moment to read our Volunteer Policy, also.
