Who can get a card?

Dearborn County Residents:
All residents of Dearborn County are eligible for an LPLD Library Card free of charge upon presentation of appropriate identification.
Non-Residents of Dearborn County, IN:
All others wishing to borrow materials must purchase either a Non-resident LPLD Library Card or a PLAC (Public Library Access Card).The fees for these cards are set annually by state law. 
 
   LPLD Library Card: $65.
 
   PLAC: $65.

What do I need to get a card?

Library cards will be issued on-site at any Library Circulation Desk upon completing an application and presentation of identification with name and current address. Parents must sign the application for children under the age of 14.
