More Genealogy Research Opportunities are Coming.
With the opening of Aurora Library's Local History Library (in the old Aurora Railroad Depot). Hoping to better serve those who may want to do genealogy research, we have scheduled staff time at the Genealogy/Local History Room on the first Saturday of each month, 1-5 PM beginning in May. The Aurora Local History Library will be staffed the 1st Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 12 noon. So if researchers visit Aurora in the morning and wish to continue their research in Lawrenceburg, they may do so on the 1st Saturday of the month from 1-5 PM at the Lawrenceburg Public Library District.
